EcoMold is an electric mold temperature control system that heats the mold surface up to 130°C within 20 seconds, then rapidly cools it to 40°C within 30 seconds.
Unlike conventional steam molds, it concentrates heat only on the surface, doubling thermal efficiency and cutting process time by 50%.
Equipped with a NEM-3000D controller, it provides 24-channel independent temperature control with ±1°C precision sensor feedback. The heaters and cooling circuits are integrated in an embedded type design within the mold structure.
